Delivery and Returns
UK Delivery is just £1.99
Delivery within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Signed for Delivery; delivery time quoted 2-3 days. Please be aware that all shipments require signature as proof of delivery.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind (Accept for Earrings). Please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. You have 30 days to return faulty goods to receive a refund.
Returning your goods within the UK
If you wish to return your item for a refund or exchange, please return it to us by whatever method you deem appropriate, unworn within 14 days of purchase, in the original packaging. (Except for Earrings)

Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.
