Shipping policy

All items are shipped via a Royal Mail insured service, covering goods up to a value of £150.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

SWAX Jewellery Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. In the event that we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued for the item(s), including any applicable VAT and delivery charges, to the original payment method used. SWAX Jewellery Ltd shall have no further liability in relation to the cancellation.
